My girl and I stopped in so that I could treat her to some spa time. She talked me into getting one with her and man oh man did I enjoy it. Her nails came out spectacular, we both loved’em. The spa is very Chic and the staff was great. We live about 3 hrs out, but I may need to bring back here on occasion.

Good customer service is paramount to me. So let’s start with that. Due to previous steroid shots, i don’t have dead skin on the bottom of my feet. I asked that the tech not scrub my feet. Due to a language barrier, she tried and I had to tell her 3x’s to stop. Which prompted her to become annoyed. I only get the lest expensive service, which also annoyed her. I know what I want and how much I want to spend, so for her to get annoyed because I’m not going to line her pockets or she’s not going to be able to up sale me, is not cause for annoyance. I got basic nail polish and went back 3 days later because you could see that she didn’t put a top coat on the entire nail and looked like it had been done 2-3 weeks prior, not 2-3 days. I went to ask if they could re-polish my nails and was not only asked to never return but they refused to correct it. Word of advice, be prepared to spend atleast $100 if you expect to receive good service.

I love this place. I have been looking all over for nail techs to express their artistic talent. I finally found 2 nail techs. Kyle and Athena.. they are amazing. I get tons of compliments on my nails. Give them a try. Whether you are looking for basic to artistic to bling. They are amazing at everything.

I’ve been going here for a very long time and usually have a good experience. I see Hannah, Sarah or Tom. Hannah always gives me great customer service however I will not be returning. Sarah was extremely rude to me yesterday (June 15,2022) I was her last nail set. She was flinging my hands and being aggressive asking me to relax my hands BUT she didn’t give me anything to prop and relax my hands on while she did my nails. I tipped her because that’s the proper thing to do but they way she treated me was so rude I will never go back here.
