I was super excited to try this place out since the reviews are great… however, at first it was great but 3 different people ended up taking care of me during my visit. I wanted a colored gel French tip and I had to ask the guy to do another coat since it was nothing like the swatch and asked him if he could fix a spot where it should have been filled in and another where it looked thick and then didn’t. He was super harsh and not friendly. I left with super thick tips and not very happy with how it came out.

My girl did what she had to do. For $50, I don’t think she did a terrible job at all. I did have to wait for a little bit, however there was only two people working so I was more than understanding about the wait. They were so nice and it’s so clean in there. You guys should have visit this place. Good price, just one price , no difference between local and foreign, good service, they have professional skills , can paint every style you guys wanted. pretty nice and large space, feeling really comfortable. the nails can keep more 1 month even I return . The boss and staff can speak English . They smile every time when I talk to them.

Majority of these positive reviews are fake. The man who did my full set was rough and rude. Not to mention wayyy overpriced. I left out with two cuts and a sore hand that woke me up in the middle of the night. He was also EXTREMELY rude to my friend. The customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced and witnessed. He was very impatient and short with her. She ended up stopping the service altogether and we left. I DARE the owner to say that we weren’t there. I got the receipt to prove it.

I visited on my birthday to get a pedicure and full set. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but the guy who was supposed to do my full set was rough and very rude. I had to wait for him to finish my friend’s nail because they’re short staffed. He was rough with her and cut her finger. When he got to me he was very short with me and became visibly annoyed with my questions and begin huffing and puffing. As he laid the acrylic, he missed a spot. I asked him to fill it in, he said he’d file it. I knew that wouldn’t fix the problem so I asked again. He got an attitude and didn’t fill the spot. I didn’t feel comfortable so I asked him to stop, and left.
