The customer service was great, and the conversations I had with the person working on my nails was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I am giving 2 stars because my thumb nail chipped after 2 days. That day I was out of town graduating and was not able to fix it & My index finger nail cracked as well. The nails were fairly thin and uneven. I payed $100 for feet an nails and it’s upsetting that this happen. It was for a special event and to have that happen the morning of my graduation was a bummer. Yes, I was careful especially considering the thinness of nails. Again, the customer service was great and the unfortunate event that occurred with my nails could have been just one of those days.

I got a gel manicure today & I couldn’t be happier! Frank does an amazing & quick job without rushing anything. He removed my old set of acrylics painlessly! This shop is extremely clean & gives a warm welcome! They also give free refreshments as well as free wifi. I would highly suggest paying them a visit for your nail needs!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis nail place is cheap the guy who did my nails did them in less than 30 minutes I asked for straight and he did them curved not only that my nails broke 2 days after I got them don’t after paying $80 !!! He did them very thin and when I called back he said nails are not supposed to last more than 3 days when I have gone many places and they last more than a month I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VERY CHEAP!!! Service: Mani-pedi, I didn’t have both done at the same time, meaning I didn’t have to stretch one arm over the other while having pedi. I have a hard time since lymph node removal. Instead I actually sat at table for mani then moved to pedi chair. Perfect! once pedi was done, nails were dry and I was on my way. Less than hour for both.
