Unprofessional, gets upset when trying to schedule. I regret sending customers her way because they have also had bad experiences. She gets upset when someone is just a few minutes late but I’ve waited 10 plus minutes for her to finish with previous client and she’s actually switched my appointment times by 1 hour before. Wish I knew how to contact her sister (person who worked with her before the pandemic).

I used to live in Hyattsville and would visit PG Mall for eyebrow threading. The quality of service declined there and I was in search of a better service closer to home in Upper Marlboro! Little did I know the service in PG Mall wasn’t the same because Eva moved to Lanham! THANK GOD I FOUND HER! She works magic on my brows.
