Excellent Customer service; excellent hair braiding. Eva and Mimi made me feel very comfortable. My hair was very short in some places, i did not think it could be braided, but Mimi did a hell of a job on my hair! Thanks to my friend who treated me to a hair day and thank you to Mimi and Eva! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve never written a review but this was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I showed up at 12pm for my appointment and the shop was closed. I called Eva and she said she was in an uber on her way. I waited an hour for her to arrive because I was desperate to get my hair done for work on Monday. The salon was dirty and in disarray. I came in for a relaxer and she did such an awful job. When it was time to wash off the relaxer, she said her shampoo station was broken so she made me go in the bathroom and used the very small, dirty bathroom sink to wash my hair. I had relaxer in my eyes and my mouth. She hastily washed my hair only once (At that point, I didn’t care that she didn’t know that relaxer has to be washed out multiple times. I was just ready to leave). She then tried to use a visibly dirty towel to dry my hair and my face. I was so upset, I had to tell her to stop so I could go home to wash and condition my hair myself. I still paid the full amount for the service. She was very rude to me on my way out and practically yelling at me, telling me that I had no right to be upset because she got water on her dress washing my hair in a small bathroom sink???? I drove home with water dripping all over me. Do not patronize this business. There are cleaner and way more professional African hair salons in the Boston area. It was the perfect size, length and color that I wanted. My hair is pain free. I wore it in a ponytail after leaving there. My hair is neat not a loose hair in sight. I love it and I love them!
