Always a great experience with EWC. The staff are always polite and friendly which is a rarity in the world these days. I hate waxing but their wax is special so it doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as other waxing places which is why they now have a customer for life!…when I moved back to WA I panicked that they wouldn’t be around to wax me and that i would have to suffer again with other wax places but luckily they were here! Phew! Clean and safe waxing areas and practices are a must and they do it right, period.

I feel horrible for doing this but three bad experiences and I have no choice. I have only been here three times but their reviews are so good I kept giving them more chances. The first appointment I had was rescheduled, no big deal. The second appointment was cancelled and nobody called me so I ended up getting there and the place was closed. Then my third appointment was rescheduled. So all three of my appointments I have had there have had to be rescheduled. I have a life and this is supposed to be a way for me to fit waxing into my schedule, not the other way around.
