I love European Wax Center in general but went to this location for the first time and it was a really great experience. My wax therapist was Kendalyn and she was amazing! She was quick, precise and very communicative. Aside from that, her personality is great so it makes the time go by quicker and easier. Definitely recommend booking her specifically. But other than that the location is nice and clean and the receptionist was great, didn’t get her name though.

After having a not so great experience at a different location, I had to rewax my legs myself, Micah, the District Manager, set me up with Alyssa in Redmond to do a redo service with her. As I am walking out the door, 15 minutes before my appointment, I was called and told the service provider was late and they could not accommodate me. Only other option was for an appointment this evening which does not work me. I guess I should have just done all the waxing myself. What a waste of money.
