i went in for my first wax here, i got a “butt strip” and a complementary bikini line since it was my first time there. when i booked it i said any staff. i got jamileh she was very nice. until i got home and i realized there was still a lot of hair there. luckily when i called they offer free touch ups within 5 days so i went in the next day and got alyssa! alyssa was wonderful, made me feel comfortable, and continually checked in on how i was doing. i will be booking with alyssa next time, and unfortunately i do not recommend jamileh like i see with a lot of other reviews on here.

I had made an appointment with them for my first time and I had told them on the phone what my age was, twice on the phone when making my appointment.
