I tried to use their services. Read all the bad reviews and still tried. I should have known. First, I booked with one esthetician that I’d found some decent comments about. I could only book one service online so I called and confirmed I could get multiple. Then I drove in traffic the 45 minutes to arrive and find out that the person I’d booked wasn’t there. They asked “you didn’t get a call?” No. I didn’t but I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow so I will take whenever you have now. I get into the room and the esthetician tells me she doesn’t have time for multiple services. Ummmm ok did I miss something here? I go back out to the front and the front desk was apologetic and said they could get me in the Tacoma location. A half hour away. So I work on moving the rest of my afternoon around to accommodate and she informs me that appointment is no longer available and could try Renton. Who would want to drive even farther in the worst traffic? Also, these were all THEIR BAD. They did nothing to offer anything to even try to save me as a customer, except to have me drive all over for their services. 100% will never return and will no my best to prevent any potential clients from the chance of having this location do that to another person again. Since my move from California to Washington, EWC has been emailing me over and over to come back as a customer. Now I’m waiting in a parking lot for a local no chain salon to have time for me.

One of the best AND quickest waxing experiences I’ve ever had. Had my first appt here and it was seemless. From a warm and friendly greeting at the front to an amazing Brazilian by Tay. Tay made the experience very comfortable and was extremely informative from start to finish, even providing tips regarding bettering my skin and hair for future waxing. She was super quick (quickest I’ve ever had) while providing superb attention to detail. She recommended products but was not pushy at all. Cannot recommend EWC and services by Tay enough. I’ll def be back.
