Critical: ValueMy waxer didn’t know what she was doing which added more pain to the experience. As soon as I got done, my waxer loudly stated she would see me again in 3 weeks & told the receptionist to schedule me an appointment. We had not discussed that prior & I did not want to come back; I was put in an uncomfortable situation in which I was coerced to saying yes. They didn’t give me an option of not scheduling another appointment & the receptionist then went on a tangent of all their products I should purchase, which I know is her job, but it was very clear I wanted to leave. When she asked for a tip I told her 20% and she took advantage of the situation & took 20% of the full price instead of the discounted price which I received because it was my first wax at this location. My waxer didn’t know what she was doing which added more pain to the experience. As soon as I got done, my waxer loudly stated she would see me again in 3 weeks & told the receptionist to schedule me an appointment. We had not discussed that prior & I did not want to come back; I was put in an uncomfortable situation in which I was coerced to saying yes. Critical: ProfessionalismI was a walk in and made an eye brow appointment for 9:45 and they told me it might be a few minutes after cause the girl had to clock in at 9:45 so she might be running late and I walked in at 9:55 and they said they couldn’t take me anymore because they only have a 9 minute grace period. Even after I reminded them that they told me she would be running a few minutes late they couldn’t see me. They asked if I wanted to move the appoIntment out an extra hour and by then I just asked her to cancel it because of how ridiculous it was to me that AFTER THEY SAID SHE WOULD BE LATE, I still couldn’t get my eyebrows done……honestly even a phone call to tell me that she actually arrived on time despite what they previously told me would have been nice.
