I am not one to write reviews unless I get excellent service or I get awful service. I went today at 11am to get my eyebrows waxed. I came here once before and was disappointed with the results so I made sure to get a different esthetician this time. I was highly disappointed and will never be returning. My eyebrows are butchered. I only had an eyebrow wax scheduled and when I laid on the table the woman said “Let’s take care of your lip too.” I agreed, even though I was going to take care of it myself when I got home. She continued on and said “I can’t let you go out in public with your lip like that.” I found it very insulting. She also rushed my brows, didn’t tweeze the extra hairs at all and when she was brushing my brows with the spoolie it felt as if she were scraping my skin off. No other places had an appointment open today so this is why I went to European wax center and not my usual Urban Waxx. My brows are highly uneven and so messed up. The business a few years back used to be a lot better, but it seems as if they hire people who don’t know what they’re doing these days.

All I have to say is that I walked out feeling ugly, embarrassed, and Unconfidence. And I just don’t want to show my face. I got the majority of my eyebrows taken off and they don’t even look the same, one is thicker and the other one is 10 × smaller than what I originally came in with and not what I asked for. This isn’t fair that I have to struggle with this everyday till my hairs grow back. And you guys just get a review. I was CRYING walking out! I still haven’t got a call to see how I am doing to see if they can fix or offer anything. You guys are to make people feel beautiful and I felt the EXACT opposite. I have came here for years. Spent alot of money. I even bought the membership before. I’m not A new B with this. only the girl was and this ISNT MY FAULT. But now I look ugly….

I’ve had a great service here before but my past waxer left this location so I tried someone new. She applied the wax in the wrong direction and made multiple passes over my inflamed bleeding skin. I asked her to leave a triangle but she took it all. She left me with random tufts of hair all over and forgot to do my lower belly strip so I’m bald all over but still have a happy trail. Pretty sure I’ll get a tons of ingrown hairs .

Easy contact free check in, friendly front desk workers and professional staff. I love that they prep the skin before waxing and listen to my wants with how I want my brows done. Front desk workers (blue hair) got me to sign up for their package because she just asked when checking me out and let see their other locations to an area I am moving to soon. Good experience will be referring people to come.

Critical: QualityI really want to give more stars, majority of the waxers are incredibly friendly, sweet and too the point and the products are phenomenal. But it almost feels as if they have a quota to meet on how quickly their sessions take place. I switched to a competitor but due to living out of town I have to schedule last minute which doesn’t always work with their competitors as they are extremely busy and their appointment times are blocked out for double the length of European wax center.I continuously leave with large missed spots, or it’s so rushed the hair is broken off and is “long” in those areas much quicker. I really wish more time and care was put into the initial waxing. I’m always offered to come in for a touch up within 72 hours but as I stated previously it’s already about an hour drive each way and my schedule does not allow for that. I really wish that my appreciation via a good tip for the service provided was noted and maybe it wouldn’t be so rushed and requiring me to get a whole separate wax from the competition not even a week later.I really want to give more stars, majority of the waxers are incredibly friendly, sweet and too the point and the products are phenomenal.
