Most of the time this place is fine, it’s adequate. When I first came here people were friendly, some workers were okay some made me feel incredibly uncomfortable but I will never be going here again due to the fact that they messed up my eyebrows. When our lady was done I looked at my eyebrows and noticed that on brow was bigger than the other, I started crying and just went home to fix it, I am currently trying to regrow my eyebrows, come here if you want just make sure you get a good person.

Highly disappointed in the customer service from the front desk. I was looking forward to doing some self care but was not welcomed by the front desk receptionist. I got attitude because she didn’t know how to leave a tip from my store credit. When I asked to speak to her manager she had an attitude and told me that the manager is unavailable because of an interview and did not know how long it would last. After the receptionist figured out how to leave a tip she over charged me. As a loyal customer, I will no longer be going to this location. I want to enjoy my service and not receive attitude because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. This was my second encounter with the same front desk tech. First time was just as unprofessional. Manager ended up calling me and refunding the overcharge.

I’m not going to mention the name of my wax specialist, she was lovely and kind and we had a great conversation. My issue here is with the business model as a whole. They get clients in and out as fast as they can. It was the fastest and most painful Brazilian I’ve ever experienced. For days after, I was in quite a bit of pain and my skin was very red and irritated. On top of that, you lay on a hard uncomfortable table, blinded by fluorescent lights.

There is a new receptionist that is beyond rude! I was actually surprised that she was even hired to work at this location. I had a 2:45 scheduled appointment and I called to say I would be about 5minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived to check in she said I was right at the 9 minute late marker and would have to come back at 4 because my Aesthetician was busy with another client. My Aesthetician was standing right across from the check in desk waiting to assist me, she was not at all busy! How unprofessional and disrespectful! She also had no clue about pricing and tried to assume a leadership role when clearly she has no idea what she was doing. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and if she is there again with that rudeness I will file a formal complaint with the Corporate Office. Treat people with respect because that type of attitude will not be tolerated!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They scammed my daughter out of $90. She was told by darrian to come for a free touch up. That is included when you get a full wax. She came for the touch up and the receptionist charged her for another full wax! I called and complained and they said they would call me back, well no call back no trying to make the customer happy or rectify the problem, nada! Horrible customer service and frankly the wax is not worth what she paid. If a touch up is free , that means free! This place is about the money and there is clearly no communication between worker and receptionist or the estheticians are plane out lying ! Dont get scammed like we did!
