I missed an appointment and they placed me on a system wide block for appointments even though I had booked after that at the Fountains location twice. Just moved to Vegas and tried to book and was notified that this location placed me on a walk in basis until November. Don’t go there. Drive to the Fountains location. Better service. Better vibe.

It definitely depends on the estetician. Had a handful of terrible experiences but nonetheless once you get your perfect estetician then youre set. I really, highly recommend Ivette in the Rocklin location. Again had a ton of terrible experiences until she came along. She’s very good at what she does, is friendly, great personality and professionalism.

The tech kept waxing my daughter’s brow over and over again and my daughter was cringing in pain but was too embarrassed to say anything. The tech left a gap of missing hair on her brow. One brow was shaped different from the other. At the end, the tech asked how long it normally takes for her brows to grow back. I was told by the girls up front that the techs are ranked by their speed and not by experience or training. Omg. We will never go here again.

I went here for the first time today and got a Brazilian wax and eyebrow wax. The Brazilian was hands down the quickest, most pain free wax I’ve ever had. A Brazilian is never the most pleasant experience but Catherina did an amazing job and my eyebrows look great! Highly recommend this office and I’m so happy I’ve found a place to get regular waxes
