I LOVEEE my expert Sami Mac if it wasn’t for her doing an amazing job on my wax I would have canceled my wax pass this location canceled my appointment and rescheduled me. I arrived at the rescheduled appointment on the 8th minute and the receptionist was on the phone and once she got off told me I was pass the cutoff time . I expressed I would like to cancel the service and she explained she would have the manager reach out I didn’t get a call back until the 29th almost a week later a few hours before my appointment.

I’ve been going to the Tracy location for about a year now, and I’ve seen the same wax specialist, Sam, since I’ve started going here. Sam is AMAZING!!!! However, I showed up for my appointment today to learn I was traded off to a new wax specialist without notice. I’m an easygoing person so I didn’t mind until I got home and examined the wax job she did. It doesn’t even look like I got waxed today. I have a wax pass and I most definitely wasted one of my visits today. I’ve been going to European Wax Center for at least 4 years (different locations in different states and cities) and today was by far the worst wax I’ve ever had. Not only did she leave a lot of visible hair that is hard to miss, she also left dried up wax all over my private area! If I saw it, I’m 100% sure she saw it too. I’m so disappointed! Needless to say, I won’t be back to this location.

I want to give a shout out to SHAMBRIA!!! Omg! Love this lovely lady that did my waxing! I just had my first visit with her as my waxing tech. She has a beautiful personality, very professional, follows all safety protocols and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I will definitely be seeing her again!!! And I highly recommend her and this EWC location. All of the staff is very friendly and great! They take great care in practicing and enforcing COVID safety standards. A lot of great waxing techs here, I’ve been to quite a few over the years, but so far LOVE Shambria the most so far! Thanks girl for making the discomfort of waxing so pleasant!!! ❤

Critical: ProfessionalismI had to give them one star wish there was something less then that. Unfortunately they have horrible customer service. My daughter had an appointment scheduled yesterday 12/16/20 which was confirmed we showed up and it was closed. I understand that they may have had to close because of the pandemic, but being a place of business with clients you should have called to cancel the appointment. When I checked their hours of operation that day it was listed as they were open and today it states temporary closed. Working in this type of industry this is to say horrible customer service. This is not the first time this has happened with this location, they had let go one of their employees that I had a scheduled appointment with and canceled the appointment with out telling me. I showed up for my appointment and they were telling me I did not have an appointment. Thank goodness I had saved my text message and appointment card.
