Critical: ProfessionalismLate review. I went for waxing last month and Erica was my waxer. She was very rude. As soon as i went in, i just asked one question about free waxing for first time booking as i got a message when i booked appointment. She rudely responded that you can ask at front desk and i have to hurry up because time is limited. Then while doing waxing, i noticed she was not doing it properly as the hair was not coming out properly and it was painful. She behaved as if she was doing it for free and i was not gonna pay for the service. Erica is a very rude waxer who does not know to do her job properly. I have been to many places but never came across one like her. 1 star only for the front desk person who gave me 50% discount on stomach waxing after listening the whole situation.Late review. As soon as i went in, i just asked one question about free waxing for first time booking as i got a message when i booked appointment. Arrogant5. poor service – my face got redA girl named Paula is very rude, unprofessional, and careless.I had a very very bad experience with European Wax Center in Milpitas.Went for the first time at 5.30pm, I asked for the appointment for eyebrows and upperlips today itself, the recpetionist told me that there is a 30-45 mins slot available at 6.30pm, if I can wait then its possible, it was urgent(eyebrows alteast) for me, hence I waited for an hour, and then got my turn. The first girl took almost 45 mins for waxing upperlips only, and because there was another customer who booked for her they transferred me to other girl named Paula – she repeated the cleaning side area of eyebrows which I had told her that its already done, and my skin started peeling anfd got extremely red and started burning. so I told her politely not to repeat on the same area, and then she rudely said “if you dont like my services then I am stopping here, you can take form someone else, I wont do”. Thats not it, she pulled the remaining wax very abruptly and I almost started crying because of pain and burning. She also created a scene at the reception by counter allegations on me that I dont like her services.What type of people are working here? Cant you see the red skin ? and still repeating waxing on the same place again and again? Cant you have some empathy for customers? Dont u understand simple english language? Is this the type of treatment you provide to the first time customer who waited for 1.5 hours. Shame on you ‘Paula’ & shame on you European Wax Center.Probably your treatment depends on the color of the customer.Paula further started yelling coming at reception. When I was talking to the sweet receptionist about what happened she came at the reception and started threatening me about calling cops, after which I countered her that I will call cops coz I can show my face to them and tell them what you done, she went back in.
