Apparently there’s a manager at this location who never seems to actually manage the store and any escalations. I too have called several times to be told the manager is not there but they will relay the message and call me back. Not only that but, I also left a message on his voice mail. Originally I had called to speak with the manager because I had a terrible waxing experience. I have been to the European Wax Center several times and to this location, I find that most of the good people who work there don’t end up working there for long because usually when I go back I have to schedule with somebody new. I believe the waxer I saw was Mercedes, she was a very sweet girl however I noticed the next day that for some reason most of my hairs had been broken rather than being pulled out. I needed a credit for a free wax being that I paid $60 for a Brazilian wax that looked more like a buzz cut than a Brazilian wax. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location even though I prefer this location
