Very good customer service, definitely would recommend. This was my first time here and I was so nervous but my waxer was great, it wasn’t as painful as I feared and the front desk receptionists are very friendly and helpful too.

I made an 8 am appointment through the app, when I got there no employee was present, business was closed. I waited about 20 minutes and ran other errands, came back about 20 minutes later and wanted to have the services I have already prepaid for and scheduled done and was told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes while they take customers ahead of me who had appointments at 9 am. I was already inconvenienced and was told to wait 1.5 hours. For services I already paid for and had an appointment!!!! Why am I being inconvenienced and then told to wait even longer, this is so rude and inconsiderate. The receptionist was not helpful and I didn’t appreciate how she approached the situation. I think it was wrong of her to put the other customers ahead of me when I had already had an appointment and waited. The policy for late customers is 9 minutes and your appointment is canceled, but I’m supposed to wait 1.5 hours and let other customers go ahead of me? Absolutely not.

My waxer is great but I’ve had so many problems with customer service and scheduling. I’ve been scheduled for times and days that I never agreed to. I’ve been overcharged for products and services. The last time I was here I waited 15 minutes past my appointment because they were running behind and did not complain. I talked to the owner and he apologized. He said that there was a personnel issue that week he was dealing with and it has been resolved . I’m hopeful things will get better with scheduling now.
