Let me start by saying the front desk woman was very sweet. Where the appt started to go downhill was immediately when the esthetician came out wearing gloves holding an iPad to call me back into the room… And the proceeded to touch everything in the room and then start waxing me. The room itself was small, the floors were filthy and not even a rug to stand on while changing out of your clothes. I tried to make the best of staring at the water spots on the ceiling until someone came knocking on the door 20min into I’m assuming our 30min appt to ask how much longer? The real kicker is when I got home and found half the hair left and wax in areas that shouldn’t be…. I immediately called and the business did right by refunding me my money and offering a touch up appointment which I did not accept, the thought of returning there just makes me queasy. The hair that was “waxed” returned within a couple days, meaning the hair was broken off and not waxed. I would give zero stars but I believe the girl simply didn’t know what she was doing and being over worked. HIGHLY recommend this business take some sort of infection control course and take cross contamination seriously.

I’ve had the full range from a waxer aggressively ripping off paper while ranting about how her boyfriend cheated on her, to a waxer who therapeutically applies the wax and rips like the wind while having a nice story about her dog.

I love this place but they tend to make my day inconvenient more often than not. My waxers have run late many times. Twice to the point of my having to reschedule. But when I ran 10 minutes late they immediately said they couldn’t complete my appointment. So I have be fine with them being late but no wiggle room for me? May be time to try other places.

All of the waxers are REALLY great and everyone at the front desk is always warm, welcoming and very Nice. However, I bought the buy 9 package last year and due to horrible ingrown hairs (literally to the point I had to get antibiotic cream) I stopped getting that particular service. I still have 4 left and called to see if I could switch them to another service or gift them to someone else. They told me no that basically I’m screwed out of all the money I paid. I will never be a European wax center customer again due to them not working with you at all. I normally come here for eyebrows also and will be switching to some place else. So for those signing up for wax passes be sure to read the fine print because the policy is absolutely ridiculous. But again, the wax specialists and front desk attendants are awesome and very nice!
