Arrogant front desk and consistent goof ups. I am not sure if they even receive any customer service training. It’s a shame this facility never shows any improvement. Constant cancellations and moving customers to other locations last minute. Blame eachother in the facility when actually they should be a team. Goof ups in systems which led to 4-5 phone calls before I finally received a gift card which by the way I can only use in that facility. Also, once the waxing experience itself was bad. The waxer didn’t follow any sequence and ended up leaving patches of hair on both the arms. But really human errors are acceptable if they can handle their conversations with the customers. I am hearing same from other folks. So to sum it this location has demonstrated consistent bad service, poor customer satisfaction and arrogance.

Not sure if it’s only this location or if all are this way, their same day cancellation rate is RIDICULOUS! Out of my last 7 appointments, I’ve probably had to reschedule 5 or 6 times at the LAST MINUTE due to their waxers calling out same day, going home early or something! For someone who plans their day around her appointments, that’s extremely frustrating to know I should ALWAYS make a back up plan when I schedule an appointment with them. That’s just horrible customer service in my opinion! I had an appointment booked for this morning (booked 3 days ago) and received a call 2 hours prior saying my waxer of course isn’t coming in and the only time they have is while I’ll be at another appointment (I’m going on vacation in a couples days)! Now I have to scramble to find another appointment by tomorrow.

First off, the receptionist are rude and lack respect. Especially one named Justuce, constantly talking down to people instead of doing her job. My first time here I decided to have them wax my eyebrows, the wax specialist did not use product and did not care about the wax temperature. I ended up with slight burns and broke out because of the negligence. The waxers are only focused on your tip and their times to finish, unfortunately you wont find any good recommendations here anymore. All the GOOD waxers left. The manager Nathalie never attempted to address this issue. I would strongly recommend a different location.
