I’m a nurse and I’m very hard to convince, she gave me education regarding my pores and my type of hair growth. She recommended products for me which I bought. She’s very professional, by far the best I ever had. I was traumatized with my past Brazilians but she made it easy with minimal pain. Will definitely come back again and book her! I have been going to EWC since they opened. Several waxers have mentioned how terrible management was/is and it is evident in their inability to keep (decent) waxers. Today, I asked for a clean up of my eyebrows but wanted to keep the shape. My waxer gave me (extremely) lopsided eyebrows, destroyed the shape of my now shortened brow and there’s still areas that need to be tweezed. One eyebrow is about 1/3 inch shorter than the other-it’s extremely noticeable. I literally left and went a few stores down to buy my first eyebrow pencil to try and hold me over until my eyebrow grows back. I have a big vacation coming up and will now be wearing large sunglasses in every photo because my eyebrows are ridiculous. Beware if you decide to use this place-even if you find someone you like, they will leave within a few months.

This place is amazing, I have been to two other waxing places and this one has been by far the best. They don’t charge a rescheduling fee which is amazing and everything is always so nice and clean (yes, even the bathroom!). Katie is the receptionist and she is wonderful, very kind and professional, and I normally go to Chella and she does a great job waxing. Her waxing technique is fast, efficient, and profession. Also, it’s never awkward either which is awesome. Cannot recommend them enough.
