Critical: Professionalism, ValueJust reposting my review I left on Yelp in case other people need to see it. But, I NEVER write reviews for anything, unless it’s a good review!! I’m typically a pretty understanding person. HOWEVER, I’m not surprised most of the one stars have to deal with customer service. AWFUL. I came 2 times before, everything was fine. However tonight, Came in this evening 7:30 ON THE DOT to my appointment , after they had cancelled my 7:00 and moved it to 7:30 because my waxer called out sick. I come in for the front desk receptionist to say “we can’t take you because you have a hold on your account from last time you were here” . I was like what hold? I know I paid!! And I let her know that I know that I had paid for that appointment. I checked my cards to see which one I paid on to prove I was charged. And I was! Front desk receptionist seemed annoyed (I get it, not her fault, but she could have been SO much nicer) Turns out, they charged me the wrong amount the last time I came in!! I was like whatever, and I just agreed to pay the difference. This whole thing took about 10 mins. By the time I was ready to start my appointment the lady who was supposed to take me in, (I think her name was Aleeah) was like “oh I can’t take her in any more it’s too late” I was like how are you not going to take me after YOU guys made the mistake? Also , they have a 15 min grace period! It hadn’t even been 15 mins yet! Aleeah seemed pretty rude too when she came out. After all that they refused to honor the fact they had to reschedule my appointment to a later time already, I was on time for the appointment on the dot , and they were the ones that charged me the incorrect amount last time , not me , AND I was willing to pay the difference and STILL refused to take me in. That’s ridiculous . All I can say is AVOID. Awful customer service. There are definitely better locations out there.
