I always go here to get my waxes. I used to go more regularly but it has been about 5 months since my last visit and i came back two days ago. Wendy is my go to and Katie is right after theyre both soooo so sweet and do such an amazing job. This last time i went it had been again about 5 months so there was A LOT of hair that had grown but that being said i know they wouldve done a great job. Buuut because i scheduled the night before i chose any wax specialist instead of my go tos. I ended up with Chen and she was very nice but she missed a lot of hair. It sucks because its expensive you know like i wanna feel really clean and taken care of but (i got a brazilian) she left a lot of hair near my butt. like a lot. and in my lips she missed a lot because she didnt really spread anything out like (in my opinion) the really good ones do. just because to me its like theyre really making sure they get everything. Also i dont know if they still do this anymore but when i first started going to get brazilians about 4 years ago they would pluck any hair that was left behind that the wax couldnt catch and the last two or maybe three times ive gone they havent done that which is kinda a bummer to me. Anyways yea i mean im still gonna go here just because its close to home and the receptionists are always super sweet (,: and my girl Wendy and Katie are always on point but idk i was just really excited because it had been so long and i was so hairy but this last time just let me down a little bit.

Been going here for years. Katie is my go to! I absolutely adore her! She’s fast, accurate and aware of any discomfort I might experience. She is kind and willing to talk to you about any topic that might take your mind off of your hair being ripped from your body. I’ve been waxed by many ladies here over the years and they hire excellent staff. And if by chance you don’t enjoy a particular waxers process let the front desk know and you’ll never be scheduled w them again in a discreet manner. The front desk ladies are always nice and pleasantly chatty as well. Above all I go here over a nail salon because they are clean and organized. Extremely clean!

Customer service at the front desk was horrible. I purchased a package for Bikini lining and the girl at the front desk scheduled an appointment for a bikini full. I went and had my service and came out and they never mentioned anything about doing a difference service and booked it to discount one time for my package. I went on vacation, when I got back I had a voicemail that they were going to charge my card additional funds because they provided me with a different service. First of all, I never asked for that service. I bought a package for a reason and this was my first appointment for that service, why would I had asked for a different service? When I tried explaining that to the girl she admit it, it was their mistake for booking it wrong but she insisted I still had to pay the difference, the girl was very rude and didn’t seem to be understanding at all. I been a customer for some time and bought two packages with them. She really disappointed me and I’m not going back to this location! Be careful when you book your appointment because they always try to book for the most expensive service. You have to make sure they mention the right service before they provide it, otherwise they’ll book you for what ever they want to make more $.

Customer service is LACKING to say the least, this includes leadership. The “asst. Mgr” was rude when I contacted them requesting info on contacting the GM. I was hung up on,and of course spoken to in the standard condescending tone people tend to have w/ “ethnic” people. Since nobody wanted to verify my contact info, I offered to return to the location so that my info could be taken, and my issue addressed.. This would have been my 1st visit, but based on the treatment I won’t return. Prior to my appt, I informed them i would be about 5 min late, they said fine, at no point was i ever informed that parking there was an issue.

These girls always make me feel so comfortable. They are so good at waxing. I have very sensitive skin and this wax doesnt irritate my skin. How ever you should always scrub your skin before waxing., and follow the after wax indications, such as scrubbing, putting on lotion etc. For me the Aveno jojoba and oat oil works great if you girls wamt to try it out, it gives a beautiful shine to your skin and its not sticky and smells really good.
