Alright…. Have to post an update. Yesterday I received a text, confirming my appointment for today at 4:15pm. I showed up today only to find out that the person I scheduled it with is out of the office and they can’t provide a service unless I can wait 30 minutes. They claim they have called, but I have no record of their calls. EWC, why do you send text confirmations if appointment is no longer available?

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an apt at 9:30 today which I scheduled well over a week ago for my first wax, an hr before they call me and tell me the waxer is out which I requested any person and so they have to cancel my apt. There’s no one that can see me like what ? why wouldn’t you just call someone else in to keep those apts. although they said they had apts tomorrow they only had one. I just feel like if that’s your business specifically why wouldn’t you resolve the issue instead of telling someone we are just fully booked and no one else could get me in. I had an apt at 9:30 today which I scheduled well over a week ago for my first wax, an hr before they call me and tell me the waxer is out which I requested any person and so they have to cancel my apt. There’s no one that can see me like what ? why wouldn’t you just call someone else in to keep those apts. although they said they had apts tomorrow they only had one.
