I have been a client from this location for several years and until recently service was good however today I drove an hour round trip in a rainstorm and they wouldn’t see me. There wasn’t anyone else waiting but because of the 9 minute rule. Of course it makes no difference to them because my pass has always been prepaid. Once they have your money, they are free to waste your time. Pay as you go, if you go.
