The people who do the waxes are incredible. I’ve never felt uncomfortable and I’ve only had one painful experience. The lady at the front desk is another story though. Idk if it’s passive or on purpose, but she always has the most nasty look on her face. Whenever I would be at the desk trying to schedule my next appointment, she would just be looking at me and making me feel like I was an idiot the entire time. Doesn’t help that she’s very snarky too. They also advertise a free wax on a certain area of your body when you go there for the first time, but when I tried to redeem that I was made to pay. I even brought up the free wax to the lady at the desk and she said she had never heard of it so I don’t really know what that is about. I stopped going here because my favorite waxer left, but also I was getting sick and tired of having this lady make me feel stupid every single time I talked to her.

This place is incredible. I had to reschedule morning of and they were so understanding and polite. The front receptionists are really sweet and helpful which is hard to come by from my experience. I had my first Brazilian with Lindsay and she made me feel SO comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. They show you all the products they offer and recommend, but they are in no way pushy to get you to buy anything. I was super pleased and the first wax was half off. Great service here.

I have gone here many times and every time it has been great…but! I went to Kat this last weekend to get my Brazilian wax and it is the worst one I have gotten since I started getting waxes. She did not even get my bikini line, left wax on me that I had to get off at my house, didn’t wait for the wax to dry before ripping it, and lastly it’s only day 3 and my hair is already growing back because she did not get it from the root. I’m so upset. So if you want a Brazilian wax from this place just don’t go to Kat… I’ve been with 2 other ladies and they did an amazing job! Kat is super sweet just not the best qualified to do a Brazilian. If it wasn’t for Kat I would give this place 5 stars. But this last wax just has me so upset. I will be going back just not going to Kat.
