I went here about a month ago and it was a terrible experience. I was waxed by a girl who had no clue what she was doing. I went in for a Brazilian wax and was there for 45 minutes or so. I have been waxed before and I’m usually out within 15 minutes. They girl waxing me kept going over the same spots multiple times and was leaving so much hair behind. To top it off, once she was “done” she didn’t even clean the area and left little pieces of wax stuck to me. I called after my service and left a message to speak to the manger, who never bothered to reach out to me. I hope whoever reads this comment does not go there.

I went to get a Brazilian wax after like a month of my last appointment. The lady was nice and friendly but she didn’t do a good job she left me pieces of wax and also left a lot of hair I had to get in the shower after I got back home and wash the wax off and shave the left over hair which I didn’t wanna do. I drove 30 mins to the appointment in Visalia when I should’ve went to fresno. I wasted my money for nothing.

I loved everything bout it so far the appointment setup on line and the fact that i didn’t have to wait so long to get in and the girl that did my eyebrow waxing which by the way is named Jen was so awesome and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time and the waxing was so painless which was my favorite part about it…. Very disappointed I’ve used European wax center in other cities and it’s been great. My first time at this visalia location wasn’t great but had to try it again. I show up to my 2:15 appt a few min early check in like normal. 2:30 still nothing so I asked if it’s going to be much longer and the receptionist can’t find the girl that’s supposed to wax me. I asked for other appt she says there’s another with same girl in about 5 min the girl is still MIA. I finally just leave since there nothing else at this time it’s 2:40 and girl is still a no show.

Very friendly staff. But I would not recommend the services. I had some facial waxing. A lot of hair was missed and the girl was out of aloe for soothing the skin afterwards. I left with my skin feeling super irritated. It’s been about 5 days since I went and I’m still dealing with a lot of irritation bumps.
