Critical: QualityThey left it looking like the Barbie doll from the Rugrats show. Had a “so call wax” on Tuesday and from my understanding Lily was the one who “help” me. I was so upset when I came home my vajayjay was not properly waxed I had hairs that didn’t seem to even been touch. The waxing experience here was horrible she pull so slow and didn’t even try to hold on to my skin, I also noticed I was really irritated since part of my actual skin was removed. I called back and their front reception gave me a million and one excuse why this could have happened like if this was my first time. I had to finally asked her if she was going to even give me a resolution? She said “fine come back and I will have her take another look”, I asked her “why would I want the first girl to even see me again if she did a horrible job”. I ended going back and Crystal was the one who tried to help. She saw I was still irritated and did her best. She did say I can come back with in 5 days for a touch up. I honestly would not recommend this place. Why would you have to go back if this should have been done right from the start! Waxing is not cheap! Look else where. They left it looking like the Barbie doll from the Rugrats show. Had a “so call wax” on Tuesday and from my understanding Lily was the one who “help” me. I was so upset when I came home my vajayjay was not properly waxed I had hairs that didn’t seem to even been touch.
