I went here for about a year – was a wax pass holder. I honestly didn’t have issues when I went there thanks to my phenomenal wax technician. But I have heard several accounts of how HORRIBLY this place treats their employees and I’ll never return, I don’t care how many free waxes I can get for the price of 6. From here on out my money will go to small businesses. Where you put your dollar is where you place your values and I’ll never knowingly patron another business with such questionable ethics and shady practices. Treat your workers better.
