This was one of the worst waxes I have ever had! Noelle left two big swatches of hair just outside my swimsuit line. I also have wax left over to pick off. I had explained how I go to the beach with my grandkids and I didn’t want anything hanging out! She also pulls so slow it really hurt. I have been getting waxes for years at another place, until my regular girl moved . I will cancel all my booked appointments here and find another place. I even gave her a good tip! If management is reading this, you owe me a refund and you should send her back to school to learn properly how to wax!!
