I was terrified the first time because I’ve heard different stories from friends. When I got there the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jessica made me feel at ease because she talk to me like we’ve known each other for years so my nerves really calmed down. I was in and out in 20-25 minutes. I did not sign up for the membership the first time, but I did the 2nd time I went. I think prices are decent for the service.

Went in for a Brazilian was told my first visit would be half off. The lady said she wasn’t sure if my hair was long enough so she would test it out by waxing my bikini and let me know. After she completed the bikini wax she said that I need a couple more days of growth even though the bikini wax was successful. She said to schedule the Brazil for the following week. Then told me the Bikini wax would be free today but next week I would have to pay full price for the Brazilian that it wouldn’t be half off. Not impressed I have had Brazilians in the past and I’m pretty sure my hair was log enough. If it wasn’t long enough then how was she able to wax my bikini ? Makes no since when the hair is exactly the same length. Think they just didn’t want to honor the half off Brazilian

Amazing customer service. Receptionist was so sweet and was able to make me a same day appointment. Allie was phenomenal. I had never had a Brazilian wax, Allie walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Informed me on the importance of the after care products but was not pushy at all.
