Terrible. Came in for the first time and the woman at the front desk was rude. I had a scheduled appointment and they made me wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The waxer was nice but she messed my brows up badly. Left patches of hair missing. Didn’t trim my brows and they are badly uneven. She rushed the entire process. I had to fix them when I got home. For being my first time there and having that experience, I won’t be back. EVER. Picture are my brows after the service.

Mixed feelings. Every experience is different. Some girls get all the hairs out on the first try, some don’t. Sometimes wax is too hot. Point is, the employees get hired with their own experience; there should be somebody that trains all the employees equally.

Absolutely WORST customer service ever !! I was actually excited to have a wax center closer to home but I CANNOT DO services with them. Literally from front desk to management No care about their clients. I complained to them about communication and the manager still failed at communication. They refuse to provide me with any corporate or franchise number which seems very suspect. Save your Time, Book Elsewhere
