I cant emphasize enough how awesome she is, she made me feel very comfortable & was extremely professional and charismatic. She definitely really cares about helping people and it shows! I usually always love coming to European wax center and I probably always will, however, this is the first experience where I didn’t really enjoy it. I just felt that she waxed the same area over and over again and typically my wax specialists will explain why they’re doing what they were doing. She hardly said a word.The wax was pretty hot and made me squirm more than usual.I didn’t receive the serum they usually use to cool down the skin. Also her customer service skills just wasn’t there. I tried to make conversation since I get nervous about Brazilians but she just gave off a vibe that she did not want to talk. Like I said, I love this place even if it’s a little pricey, I’ll just choose a different person next time.

Plenty of space. Quick and painless for me. Minimum wait time. Very friendly service. But not for me. The price is high $40 and the area waxed is limited, a very small portion. A bikini wax, should be no hair seen when wearing a bathing suit. I have to swim in public tomorrow and my underwear barely covers what’s there. If you want more…. the price is even higher. I appreciate the free first time visit, but I wasn’t happy with the small job.
