I won’t be coming back, not because of the waxers, because of their assistants in the front. Rude, pushy and they talk trash about the people who come in and out, they have messed up my appointments more than once, charged me for services I didn’t receive, switched my waxer without my consent and on my last visit one of them was trying to sell me on the bundles they had I politely declined and she said and I quote “just take it, I spent time on it, it’s the least you could do” she mad me feel so uncomfortable and pressured. Will not be returning and will be telling all of the people I know who come here to find a new place! I hate this place! STAY AWAY!!!

This was a last minute appt and they were able to fit me in and as always the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and help you feel comfortable every time.I definitely recommend her for a completely bare wax and didn’t miss any hairs. Plus awesome customer service, which is hard to find these days! Always exceptionally clean and sanitary rooms and work areas, as well as lobby.
