I came on 05/14/22 for a underarm and brazilian wax and it was horrible. They hire people who have no idea what they’re doing. First off she didn’t put powder on my underarms so that made the wax not stick properly, she would apply wax and remove it quickly even if it wasn’t completely dry so all the hairs weren’t coming off. She applied wax about 6 times on each underarm and still couldn’t get all the hairs. She got so stressed out she called another woman, which did not introduce herself at all. The other women explained to her that it was was way too cold and stringy that’s why it wasn’t sticking then she taught her how to apply it, apply it in the direction of hair grown, pull opposite, press on the skin after etc. She was literally teaching her how to wax on me ??? Aren’t you supposed to be a wax specialist ? They hurt my armpits really bad after how many times they applied wax I was so upset. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if they actually did the brazilian… yikes it’s bizarre that they have people who have no clue waxing peoples body’s. It’s so dangerous and messed up. After they were done training on me they took me to the front desk and the receptionist looked at the lady that waxed my armpits and said “did it happen again???” With this yikes face expression then the receptionist asked if she hurt me. I’ve gotten my underarms waxed before and it was nothing like this because they actually were professionals at what they do.

I was just there yesterday, I was excited to go to this new location since it’s closer to my home. When I got there the front desk was super nice, my appt was at 10am but I was told that they forgot o turn on the wax machine so it would take a whole so I wanted 15 min for that. The front desk was super nice and gave me credit of 10 dollars for waiting. When I went in the room the wax tech (Trisha) did my under arms first, she couldn’t remove the wax with her hands so that got me a bit nervous since I was having a Brazilian wax too. She didn’t remove all the hairs from my underarms and she decided to move on to my bikini area. I decided not to finish with her since I was nervous she wouldn’t do a good job. I’ve had Brazilian waxes for quite some time now at other companies. I rescheduled my appt for later that day with a different technician. I got to my appt on time 5:30 the front desk mentioned that my technician was running late and that she might not have enough wax in her pot to do my services. But that she was going to message her manager and see if anything could be done. She came back told me they turned on a mother pot of wax and that even if she was passed the closure time they would still see me. 6:10 came up and I was told they couldn’t see me due to them having to close already. My experience at this location was not the best and wouldn’t go back to them.
