The waxing experience was fine, she was very gentle with each pull. I received a Brazilian. But after inspecting the area, there was a lot of wax left over and hairs missed. The hairs I feel is okay, but the left over wax, I can feel it in areas that I can’t physically see.

Nothing against the waxers here but the Management is HORRIBLE. Called to ask a simple question and was given complete attitude and shortness. I was pretty shocked at the poor treatment I received from the manager Sarah. Super rude way to answer off the get go. I called the Glendora location and they answered my question simply and politely. I won’t be returning to the west Covina location.
