Currently 9 months pregnant went for a full Brazilian wax and it was very poorly done. Very disappointed have gone before to there location on lake and did not have this issue won’t be coming again I will stick to the other location. Staff was friendly but did not do her full job of course not knowing how poor of a job she did I still tipped her. Got home and showered and noticed some patches.. very disappointed and feel disrespected

I recommend both Linda & Rachel for services, both ladies are friendly while doing a thorough job with requested services. Whether Christine, Esther, or Marla are at the front desk, they provide excellent service. This location has plenty of parking plus places to visit post appointment. Plus they never screw up wax pass payments & signing you up for passes.

Every single time I come here there is an issue. When an appointment is made I dont quite understand why it’s an extra 20 to 30 minute wait. The waxers are great but the front desk staff is definitely not when it comes to phone etiquette or customer experience.
