Front desk was really friendly & welcoming but my wax service was rushed and beyond painful. The waxer Sasha did not care about making the experience comfortable or even bothered to pause when i told her it was painful. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review even when I left unhappy with my waxer. What compelled me to leave this review was the results I didnt see the waxing results in EWC as I said I was rushed out. Once I arrived home I found entire areas irritated and swollen along with missed areas that I now have to maintenance myself. Im aware of this process including pain but this is unacceptable work. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience at this location and would not recommend to others
