I am giving three stars only because see my first experience with them was great , my wax person was super nice and talkative and made me feel comfortable and plus I got 50% off for it being my first time . HOWEVER I had a wax scheduled for today I showed up and the lights where on but the door was locked . No sign or anything . I would have appreciated a call to cancel my appointment and I wouldn’t have mind but to show up and no one be there or for no sign to even be posted as to why they were not open , and still 2 hours later no call back after leaving a voicemail is upsetting . I won’t be coming back if I am being completely honest .
