Literally the worst eyebrow waxing I’ve gotten. Service was fine, up until I noticed she was going very quickly and not taking her time, I got such a bad feeling I immediately left and when I checked my eyebrows in the car they are completely different and not centered at all. They said first wax is free, but not worth it at all if it’s going to be horrible! Most definitely never coming back and would not recommend if you’re getting a facial wax.

Was on vacation here in Santa Monica, never been to European Wax. First time service is offered at half off. I highly recommend Christian, she was thoughtful, thorough, and kind. Thank you Christian! Super smooth wax, no irritation. My appointment was asked to be scheduled back 15 minutes, which was fine, and then when I arrived on time the appointment was pushed back another 30. Shannon at the front desk was accommodating, and as I had nowhere to be it wasn’t a big deal.
