The front desk manager was extremely rude and snarky when I asked if my appointment could still be honored even though I was 10 minutes late — the grace period is 9 minutes. I understand the reasons for a late policy but there is NO reason to be rude about it. I have never encountered such a dismissive attitude to customer service in a salon. Customer service should be much higher esp given their prices. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The girls at the front desk could be more friendly. I arrived 15min before my appointment, but my treatment was 5min delayed because the front desk didn’t tell the wax specialist that I had arrived. The specialist was very kind though, and the treatment was good.
