Raquel was great during the past two visits thus far. It was my first time getting a Brazilian and waxing my underarms, and she made me feel comfortable each time. I am glad the reviews led me to see her because I was nervous about the whole experience. I recommend seeing her, and I will continue to see her whenever I am in the area. Also, be sure to do the surveys to get discounts and refer your friends to see a specialist at EWC to earn further rewards. I am not giving five stars because I wish the pricing were more affordable. I can see why people buy wax passes, but I still cannot suffice the pricing during these times (COVID-19).

I chose this place based on good Google reviews but apparently it was a mistake. I came here to do Brazilian and full leg waxing and I can surely say it was the most painful waxing experience of my life. Not only I had to suffer from unprofessional application but she did not wax the top of my bikini claiming it was a belly part. WHAT? First time I was told something like that.Not coming again! I better take my money to a business that hires professional stuff for this money, not amatures!

My moms waxer came out and greated her and introduced herself as Megan, she took her to the back room and had an amazing experience. However my experience was horrendous. The room that I was taken into was unkept, had a foul order, the wax it was to hot and the lady was rude when I brought it to her attention. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Just left… my 10th wax appt. My regular waxer Denise is no longer there , so I went with tatianna. She was great. I’m a girl of color and my hair is a little thicker .. plus, it’s been over a month … so it was really long and ( you get the point): she got me right and did a great job. No hair left behind . Will be back to her soon!

I booked an appointment online, and I was ignored by the front desk. They looked at you up and down. They said that the appointment was not booked. They offered me an appointment for a same day which it wasn’t worked for me, they didn’t try to see if there will be any openings for other days. Just as I walked up, they were so so sorry and giggled. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they judged you by your appearance at least front desk.
