I went to this place multiple times. I saw multiple technicians. More often than that my skin was always irritated not long after and I always had tons of ingrown hair and I hated how it was constantly a game of trying to be sold or upsold something. I had one technician that was really good but she no longer worked there. I know management changed at some point and lots of girls left. And another technician that was just okay. After constantly being irritated with ingrown hairs and always itching after a wax on my sensitive skin, I finally gave up and decided it wasn’t worth coming back to this place. I have bought multiple products to help ease my ingrown hairs and irritation. Some did help but I wish I didn’t have to use it.

Found this amazing place today. My wax experience has only been my eyebrows, so going for a “brozillian” was kinda scary. Everything was faster and less painful than I thought. My technician was very informative and friendly. The wax wasnt too hot and the pain wasnt terrible like you may have seen in movies. The staff in the front was super nice and helpful too. The place was clean and smelled good. I didnt feel ackward being a guy in a wax place. Overall it is super worth the tiny pain and small timeframe of feeling exposed and vulnerable with your “cash and prizes’ out. Definitely will recommend and will return for regular cleanups!
