So I’ve been going to this location several years and it was rough @ 1st, then got better when I got a consistent tech. Since my consistent tech went on leave they have literally made errors on my scheduling 3 times in a row, needless to say wasting my time. I’d say this last one was the final straw, but since I’ve pre-purchased 18 sessions, I’m kind of hostage. Today when I advised the front desk employee Gianna about the scheduling errors, she was more interested in proving me wrong and rolling her eyes. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she would have them call me, I’m not confident that will happen based on what is now at least a half dozen poor experiences in a couple years time. When asking for a refund I was told the manager may grant me store credit. Not sure what part of I don’t want to use your establishment in any way she didn’t understand.

I had the worst customer service experience at this Location that may have completely turned me away from visiting another European Wax Center again. My appointment was on Wednesday 5/11/22 in the afternoon. My wax specialist, Danielle, was great. The receptionist with the (maybe) blonde hair in the grey shirt was extremely rude and condescending her attitude felt more than her just having a bad day. She literally started arguing with me over a simple question. I would never be this rude to a customer and I really hope someone teaches her how to be nice to customers who are paying for services.

I went in for a brow wax, and checked in with the receptionist as normal (or so I thought). Almost an hour of waiting I overheard her asking her coworker if (my name) ever checked in. I approached and asked if she meant me and her jaw dropped and said “That was you?” I cancelled the appointment and will rebook at another location where hopefully the receptionists are more attentive.

Jannae’s customer service is extremely rude and abrasive. First, she answered the phone while laughing…As I make my appointment, she was not so knowledgeable about the waxer Level, and she abruptly hanged up the phone on me. I call back and spoke to the manager, who was very nice and educated on the waxer level etc. Jannae (customer service clerk) need some customer service training or put her in the back to work.
