(I think that’s her name) is always greeting me with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen! It feels so welcoming right as soon a you walk in, now that’s customer service. Makes me say take all my money! Because I pay for the customer service experience and let me tell ya it’s on another level. I’ve had 3 waxers and they have all had the magic touch so far. I’ve seen other ladies for my services and no one compares, she’s the reason I continue to drive 20minutes out of my way when I get my waxes. As long as Savannah is at the Goodyear location, that’s where I’ll continue to go to get my waxing done.The front desk ladies have gotten better the last few times I went. They were extremely rude if you declined their packages they were trying to force sell you. I’d honestly dread leaving because I knew when I was in line to pay they’d continue to repeatedly try & sell me one of their packages and if you declined you’d get an extremely rude response or remark. Lately, I’m able to pay & leave in a timely manner without having to deal with the front desk attitude
