This is the second time I have tried this company and they clearly don’t understand what a Brazilian Wax is, I asked for an experienced technician and was told that the lady I got was however that is clearly not the case. The Brazilian that I received has several patches of hair left behind, my technician also pulled multiple times in the same spot which caused irritation on my sweet spot.
