I went to this location for the first time and I had a good experience! They are fairly busy, so when you call you will be put on hold, but I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day with no problem! I had Katie as my waxer and she was great! She took her time and didn’t try to rush me out for her next appointment. She did a great job and left no hair, definitely recommend! The girls in the front are really nice as well, and answer all my questions!

My first time going I got a person who didn’t really make me comfortable.. I didnt take it personal we were both were probably new to the process.. Even tho I didn’t receive services that day I still made a mental note to come back.. I’m so happy I did.. I met a person name Carmen and she is great at her job.. She helped me get through the process and make me feel real comfortable.. I have to say this was by far the best waxing experienced! Although I haven’t gotten waxed in 10 years coming here made me want to start getting waxed again. Amri was absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable, talked me through the entire process and made sure she educated me on what was going on as well. Amri really made me feel comfortable and like I’ve known her for years. I’ve been a client here for about 2 years, possibly 3 for brow waxes every 4-5 weeks. I’ve had great experiences up until the last year. My previous esthetician started to double wax under my brows which is very painful. I have sensitive skin and it’s definitely in my paperwork. Just as I was ready to mention it to her, she ended up leaving for another position. I took the opportunity to try someone different at the same location, told her about my sensitive skin in January and she said it would be added to my notes and that she wouldn’t double wax me. Came back for my February appointment this morning and she immediately proceeded to double wax me. My skin is flaming red and extremely irritated and painful even though my appointment was at 8am and it’s now after 2pm on the same day. I unfortunately won’t be back after this. I hate leaving negative reviews and I’ve always highly recommended this location but this was just too much. Three stars because maybe it would be alright if my skin wasn’t so sensitive but minus two because a conversation had been had and notes were apparently ignored.

I enjoyed my visit to Chandler European Wax Center for the most part. I see their model of explaining every action from serum application to waxing, but I don’t like the pushing of their branded products. Great location, clean office, and pretty welcoming staff. I’m used to going into a beauty establishment and trusting them with their specialty, but the tech who did my face wax kind of got upset when I asked her to correct my eyebrows. When finished, I had to ask for the mirror – another red flag. I never fill in my eyebrows, which should be the case when you get them professionally done by a great technician – she had to fill them in to make them look good. Not a 5-star experience for me, but it wasn’t a totally bad one. Especially since I was able to get an appointment same day (super convenient for a quick clean up), the wax was relatively painless, and I got a free service as it was my first time. (I extended my services to a full facial wax.) I still hate my eyebrows, but I will try European Wax Center again.
