I’m not the biggest fan of waxing, but Lex makes it worth while! I drive all the way out to this location just for her! She makes sure I’m doing ok and never makes me feel like a wimp, no matter how much my eyes are watering and I whimper like a puppy during our session! Absolutely dreadful. They run late and don’t bother telling you until you get there expecting you to wait 15-20 minutes past your appointment time. This is unacceptable as we have other meetings and appointments to go to. What’s ironic is that if you’re 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment

My niece and I were visiting from out of state and made appointments for afternoon appointments. Not being from the area, we didn’t anticipate the 5 minutes of traffic we got delayed in. When we walked in for our appointment, we immediately apologized and explained. we were then told that the no show policy there kicked in at 9 minutes after your appointment time. We rushed in at 10 after…. 1 minute past the no show time. 9 minutes? Seriously? We were then told we could be rescheduled for an hour later. So, that tells me there was no other appointment waiting for behind me as my service takes about an hour. So, the receptionist decided to push the issue over 1 minute, instead of exercising a little customer service and hospitality. I’ve been a business owner for 20 years. I completely understand policy. But I’m not about to lose 2 new clients/customers over 60 seconds. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
