My issue with this location is not the estheticians! I only ever have an issue with the receptionists. I always have a great experience here but will go to a different location from here on out. The girl at the front desk charged the card I had on file without asking me first, and then acted snobby when I asked her to refund it so I could pay cash instead. Now I have to wait for nearly $200 to be refunded to my card! Absolutely unacceptable for me. I’m a student with little to no disposable income and I’m anxious for the $200 to go back into my account.

Definitely a busy place. Had the Brazilian wax and it was done in 15 minutes. If you’ve not been waxed in that region at or, or not in some time, I suggest trying to at least trim your hairs shorter before going in. This is based on multiple experiences, and I’m glad I did it this time too. It takes less strips, which means less pain. And the price for any service is half off for your 1st visit. So that was a surprise that was appreciated.

This LOCATION is the worse! I’ve been a loyal to European Wax Center for 7 years and never in any other location have I had any issues. The new manager along with the owner(her bff) make up new rules/policies about how scheduling is,cancellation AND payments. They now have a 24 hour cancellation policy, okay so I made sure I never cancelled within 24 hours after knowing that.

Been to several in the greater phx area and service is okay. Noterra is the only one I would continue to go to but only for the one member of their staff…Sara. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, shows pride in her job and quick. If she leaves I would forfit whats left on my pass. Check in staff could definitely use some training and attitude adjustments gossiping about clients is Unprofessional. Needless to say each time I visit I hear it.
