Went in for my 1st appointment and was expecting it to be booked as just an eyebrow trim, but it was booked as a full eyebrow wax. I’m very sensitive to wax and don’t need waxing ever, so asked if they could just trim them for me, and I would pay for the trim. The manager seated in the lobby said I would have to pay full price for a wax even though I just wanted them trimmed. Highly disappointing that they wouldn’t accommodate me even after I offered to pay for a trim service. Why should I have to pay for materials they’re not using on me? If I was that manager, I would apologized for the miscommunication, taken care of it, and explained the flat eyebrow wax rate for next time. Complete waste of my time and not thrilled with the level of customer service. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect!!!

I recently went in for the second time and I got Alicia I believe and she was so funny and nice ! Honestly these ladies know how to calm you down and don’t shame at all!! Services are great. I went in yesterday thinking that the same level of professionalism would have been applied, which wasn’t the case. Product recommendations were made by the wax tech without any mentioning of the type of service I received because we were in the lobby, and there were 2 other guests there. In completing payment, the receptionist attempted to make further recommendations on products as well, however, she kept mentioning the specific service I had done, “exfoliating dry skin before i come in”, the cost of my service, how much gratuity I would like to leave, and all of this was not in an indoor voice or at the very least kept private. I have never felt that uncomfortable before and I am pretty sure that the other guests in the lobby didn’t want to visualize dry skin in a hairy area that I will not mention for the sake of this review. The nature of these services is private and confidentiality shouldn’t be something clients compromise.
