Since 1 star is the lowest I can go. By far THE WORST Brazilian experience I’ve ever had. Had an appointment with Olivia, the worst. Moving out here I wanted to look for a small business, without any success I decided to go for a corporate business. Olivia made this the worst experience ever, couldn’t have any small talk with her- was very short and rude, only small talk that was had was when she was trying to sell me on the products (which I didn’t even care to buy any). Wax was set at 170 degrees. If you’re willing to go to this place book with anyone but her.

Worlds worst customer service! Front desk needs to be a lil more helpful or at least someone more friendly. Turns me away for being a minute out of their grace period and can’t squeeze me in. Always find it so funny how hard they wanna enforce a late time limit when every time I’m still waiting 10-15 min past the appointment time anyways.

Love coming here and love my Waxer. However, on my last visit while waiting there wasn’t much seating and 2 guest had to stand up to wait. There was a lady in a white top sitting there talking to the front desk people and after overhearing their conversation I was thinking she may have actually been a competitor or an associate as they were talking about schedules. Again 2 guess were standing up in the lobby waiting and after a few minutes she decided to get up and offer her seat. Come to find out she is the boss there. This is unprofessional to be talking about business stuff in the lobby where guest are waiting and it isn’t needed to be hear by them. Also if you see 2 of your guest are standing waiting to be called for their appointment you should automatically get out of your chair and offer it to them. Business talk is for in the back and seating is for your guest. Not sure what that bosses name is but if I had it I would report her personally. This is at the camelback and 16th st location
